• All artworks, prints, and products are described and photographed as accurately as possible.

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

• Originals are one-of-a-kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Limited edition prints are hand-numbered and signed (if applicable) and will not exceed the stated edition size.

3. Pricing & Payments

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship to US, Canada, Europe, and UK

• Processing time: 5 days before shipment.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Originals: All sales are final.

• Prints & Merchandise: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at hb@hboilpaintings.shop with photos of the issue.

• Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

• We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color variations caused by screen differences.

• Purchasing a product does not grant reproduction rights.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
